Question

Bought a house in 2022 in my sole name, my boyfriend lives with me and we are classed as common-law. Turbo tax is includes him as co-owner on my T1, how do i remove him?

I have a unit that i rent out to someone else that i need to claim the income for but my boyfriend does not have anything to do with the rental unit or own any part of my house.I don't want to tell CRA he is a co-owner when he isn't but there isn't a way to remove him from the form on TurboTax. Help please!
