Can I file my taxes through Turbotax if I don't have any NOA (this is my first time filing taxes, so I don't have NOA)?

    You can prepare your taxes with TurboTax, but most first-time filers have to mail in their returns. After you get your Notice of Assessment, you'll be able to sign up for MY Account, and NETFILE next year.
