Cra have not received my 2023 tax return. what have I done wrong in my filing with turbo tax?

If you used TurboTax to file your tax return and it was successfully submitted to CRA, you would have received a NetFile Confirmation Number. If you did not receive this number and CRA has not received anything, you will need to sign in to your 2023 TurboTax account and complete the steps to NetFile.

To file your tax return in TurboTax Online, you can choose to NETFILE and follow the below steps:

1. Select File from the left menu.
2. Review your order if you haven't already.
3. Select Start next to File your return.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to NETFILE your return.
