Express notice of assessment not the same as turbo tax

Is the Express notice of assessment accurate?

    The Express Notice of Assessment is accurate for the day it was filed but the Canada Revenue Agency does update information daily. Therefore some things may be changed or adjusted according to the new information or old information from your files which were forgotten from carry-forwards and such.
