Question

Hello, I submit the tax return in March 2024 and provides the mail address. I still haven't received any letters and reply. Could you help me check? thank you !

    Contact the CRA at 1 (800) 959-8281 to see if they received your income tax return. They may have although if you have moved and not given them the updated information they will not proceed until you call them. 

     

    If they haven't received it, you will need to open your return and go to the "FILE" section of your return and be sure to go until it asks if you'd like to NetFile or Mail, if you choose NetFIle and continue and it successfully goes through, you will receive a page with a NetFile confirmation number.
