Hi, I am signed up for intuit assist and review deluxe 2024 , but seems like there is no one available online and the next appointment is in May 1. How can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, once you have upgraded or added features to your TurboTax return, there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features on the same return. You would need to create a new return to without Assist and Review.

To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns” on the left panel. Once you have started your new return, select the option to do your taxes on your own.
