How long does it take to get my refund from turbo tax and will my notice of assessment be mailed to me?

TurboTax doesn't send out tax refunds, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) does. The Canada Revenue Agency's goal is to send your refund within 2 weeks, when you file online. However, the CRA may take longer to process your return if they feel it’s necessary.

As long as you have not chosen to receive Electronic Mail with the CRA, then you should get a copy of your notice of assessment (NOA) in the mail. You can also see your NOA online if you are signed up for CRA’s My Account service. You can log into the CRA’s My Account service on their website: My Account for Individuals
