How much time does it take for my tax return to be processed?

    It depends on the CRA. If you have chosen direct deposit and are entitled to a refund, it can take up to 8 business days to receive your refund. However, if you have not opted for direct deposit, it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your Notice of Assessment along with your cheque. For more information, please contact the CRA at 1 (800) 959-8281 so that they can guide you better about your return.
