How to fix error code xm 12023 in order to netfile?

doing tax return and all good until try to netfile and error code xm 12023 comes up and says to ask for your help at intuit

    Please double check your personal and contact details, like the spelling of your name, your address (ex: Postal Code should have a space), SIN.  Please also make sure that your personal info matches what the CRA has on file for you.
