How to remove someone if the are no longer your spouse and has a diffrent adress?

    You will need to change your marital status with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) first. When you start your return you will then enter in the interview part and profile that you are separated or divorced and doing a return for just yourself. If you were doing a spousal return (together) in past years, you will not be able to transfer only your information into your return.
