Question

I have not received my tax return and it has bin almost two months so I am thinking my Tax Refund did not go through, however there is no spot for me to click submit.

Is there a way to check if it went through?

    Generally, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) would send you a notice of assessment, as well as any refund, within:

    • two weeks, when you file online
    • eight weeks, when you file a paper return

    The current status of your tax return can be found through your CRA My Account. 

     

    If it is your first time filing a tax return, you would have received a NetFile confirmation number. For detailed information and confirmation, you may contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
