I just added a T4RIF to my already filed return, if I can't refile it will my original filing still be accepted?

    Yes, your original filed return should be accepted if you already received your confirmation number that it was Netfiled. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will probably adjust the T4RIF  you wanted to correct. You can verify this when you receive your Notice of Assessment which the CRA advises to do before trying to Refile.
