Question

I need to refile - I netfiled a week ago but noticed an error. I opened the 2021 return, made the change then tried to netfile. How do I get to the original nefile?

Turbotax sees the corrected return as the one I netfiled - which is wrong. I haven't refiled yet and can't until the return gets back to what I actually netfiled. I know I shouldn't have changed the return before going into refile.

It is important to allow the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) the 2-8 weeks needed to send you their Notice of Assessment and then Refile. Sometimes the CRA will catch the error and adjust the return themselves so you wouldn't have to make the adjustment.
