I purchased turbo tax with eight returns, completed two returns today, filed them - discovered a mistake, tried to refile, but am being charged. Don't understand why

I purchased turbo tax with eight returns - have used six. Then needed to refile one today, but am being charged. I should have two returns left to use - but, . . .

    You can't Refile your return until you have received your notice of assessment.
