Question

I submitted my tax return in April, and since then turbo tax says the status is still in progress. What do I do now, CRA said they never received it.

    If CRA never received it, it means that it wasn't filed. Please go back and open your income tax return. Select File from the left menu.

    1. Review your order if you haven't already.
    2. Select Start next to File your return.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to NETFILE your return. After successful completion, a page will display a CRA NetFile confirmation number.
