Question

In the past TurboTax had the option of not claiming your dependent. I do not see that option this year.

    You can remove a dependant if you don’t want to claim any credits associated with them. In TurboTax Online select My Info > Dependants Information from the left side menu, and then click “Continue”. On the next page you can click the circle with the minus sign ⊖ next to the dependant you want to remove to delete them from your return.
