Question

Is my status common-law when filing for tax year 2022, if my move in date was Feb 2022? It has not been 12 months at Dec 2022. AB considers at 3 yrs.

    If you are unsure of your marital status, you will need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and confirm it with them.
