My turbotax refund is less than what the express NOA is showing. Should I assume the express NOA is correct?

There is a $700 difference between what turbotax said I would be refunded vs what my express Notice of assessment is saying I will be refunded.

    The amount refunded shown in your Notice of Assessment (NOA) should be correct as it is processed by the professional tax account of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
