Should I file my children for my 12

Do I file it as a T4A under myself or do I really have to file tax returns for them?

    If the T4A is in the child's name, this income is considered to be the income of the dependent and is to be reported in the child's own return if they are filing a return. Please see our TurboTax article Who Is Required to File an Income Tax Return?

     

    Your child's income should be reported on your return under the "Deductions" tab in the left menu then under "Additional Dependent Information".
