TurboTax can't download my Express NoA and won't let me continue with filing my return. I have my CRA Express NoA. How can I get past this point in the program?

TurboTax logged me onto the CRA web site and I was able to get a copy of my Express NoA but the program indicates that "..., there was an issue downloading your Express Notice of Assessment." Options are "Try Again" and "Skip Express NoA". Both options make me try again and I end up in a loop.

Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?
