Under "Tell us more about < your spouse >", is the question "Are you claiming spousal amount" directed at my spouse, or me?

I am intending to claim the spousal amount but unsure if question is targeted to my spouse (given that it's under "Tell us more about <spouse>".

    The question is asking you if you are claiming the spousal amount. If you are, then you are required to add the information of your spouse as the spousal amount you can claim depending on your spouse's and your information combined.
