Hi there. I recently filed my 2023 taxes using TurboTax. I received the following email from Intuit asking for feedback. There are 3 options: yes but not using TurboTax, no but plan to use TurboTax, no but not using TurboTax. Screenshot attached.
I have filed already, and I used TurboTax! Why isn’t there an option for my situation? Especially since, as a TurboTax user you’d think that would be the exact feedback Intuit would want.
