What's the next step after I already created a tax return in turbotax.?

Note is showing "You can’t proceed any further because tax filing is not available at this time. Please check back later for Print to Mail service. CRA’s NETFILE Service for the 2022 tax year will open on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time"

As the note says, you won’t be able to file your return until February 20th. So, you can come back on or after the 20th and file your return. At that time, you’ll also be able to download the PDF of your return for your archives.
