Why can't i add my child that was born in november 2022 to my 2022 taxes as a dependent child?

the turbo tax says "only add dependents prior to or during the tax year for the return you are preparing

    could you please check if entering the correct birth date?  To claim a baby as a dependent for 2022 the baby must have been born during the current tax year, in other words, the baby had to be born before or on December 31, 2022. Please find below the screenshot for more detail:
