Why have i not got my return back

    Please make sure that you have filed your return. You should have received a CRA confirmation number once you have successfully filed your return.

     

    Please sign into your TurboTax account to make sure you see that there is a confirmation number that shows up beside your return. 

     

    • You can call the CRA’s Tax Information Phone Service (TIPS) @ 1-800-267-6999 and select Telerefund.
    • you can sign into your CRA "My Account" to verify that it was received and the status if your return.
