Why the tax returns status on my CRA account not updated after I filed returns on TurboTax?

If your return was Netfiled, you would have seen a confirmation number on your screen when done. If you have signed up to receive email from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you will receive an email from them saying they will process your tax return. In order to know if it is approved or done, the CRA will send you a Notice of Assessment in your CRA My Account along with a notification to your email after they have assessed it. You should receive a Notice of Assessment (NOA) within 2 to 8 weeks.
