2022 Tax Filing Issue

I filed my 2022 taxes accurately and before the deadline, and paid the necessary filing fee with Turbotax to e file. When I began my 2023 taxes it stated I had not completed the 2022 filing. I contacted the IRS on this matter as well and provided all documents showing that I had completed the process. Now for 2024 filing, I am receiving penalties due to this error. I received confirmation of payment and acceptance of the e filing from Turbotax for that year and am not sure why it is not reflecting. If I can be provided a way to contact someone regarding this in hopes to get a remedy.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with tax letters. Click on the blue button that says "Get help from TurboTax support" after you click here.
