AC-TPG REFUND SHORT

I received a federal refund from AC-TPG PRODUCTS and like many others it was 100's of dollars short. Is turbo tax going to fix this like yesterday or never. They should refund the amount I paid them also. Plus compensation for the time I spent on this matter. Let's all hold our collective breaths on that. Bad job turbotax.

Your refund could be offset.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.  

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
