I already filed my W2 for federal and state, and have received a refund. My employer has recently send me a W-2c with a correction to box 18 and 19. Do I have to redo both federal and state tax? If so I'm I entering all the info again from box 1-20?

    Form W-2c only lists the boxes which are corrected.

     

    Changes in boxes 18 and 19 do not affect your Federal tax return,

     

    You only need to amend your state return. When you amend, just change the boxes 18 and 19 to the new numbers.
