I have received my state amended return on march 10th I amended my return on February 20th when will I get my federal from the irs when I already got the state refund I amended

We can't predict that.  Both the Federal and the state will process the amended returns at their own pace.

 

You can track you return at   Check Your Refund .

 

You can check the status of your tax return.  You will need:

  • Social Security Number.
  • Tax return year.
  • Hilling Status.
  • Exact refund amount
