Amended return

I prepared an amended return and can find the pdf copy but I can't access the return for filing.  Do I have to start it all over?

    Are you using the online or the desktop version?

    If you are using the desktop version, you would have needed to save the .tax file when you did the 1040x.  If you did not do a file>>Save as or select save when you were closing out of the program, the work could be lost.
