Amended return

I need to file an amended return but am past the October 15 deadline for TurboTax E-file so I have to print and mail.

My question is: "Do I have to mail the original 1040 pages with the 1040-X?"

You only mail the signed and dated Form 1040-X plus any other forms and schedules that were changed by amending.

You do Not include the original Form 1040 or the Form 1040 that wax changed by amending.

That's nice but I seem to want to send everything that TurboTax prints "for filing" and that included 1040 and Sched 1 and Sched E form 8606 ...

It would seem that TurboTax would know what to file.

Ignore any 1040V voucher that prints out and the new 1040. Those are what your return would have been if you had not needed to amend.
