Amended return question

I forgot to add a w2 for my husband and didn’t realize it. My return was accepted. I made an amended moment the next day and it was accepted. After researching online I shouldn’t have done the amendment that quickly. Will I definitely have a delayed return now?

    No necessarily a definite delay, but you could. Watch Where's My Refund for the processing of your initial return and Where's My Amended Return for your amendment.
