Amending a Return Transferred from Online?

My daughter filed her taxes with TurboTax Online for free and wasn't going to get a refund nor owe taxes. Then she found an unemployment 1099-G. When she tried to amend her online return, it said she had to upgrade to Deluxe. We uploaded her return from online into the family's Deluxe version and added the new form. She'll now get a refund, but when we "filed", the system didn't ask for the banking information, nor did we get a notice that the filing was successful.

How can we move ahead?

Amended returns use the same disbursement method used on the original return. It doesn't sound like your amendment went though. I would try again. You will get an email confirmation.
