Can I add an adult (like a spouse,but not married) that had a 10-99 form?

No, Only the spouse would include their income on your tax return.

  • You can list a dependent (if they meet the criteria) on your tax return that isn't your spouse.
  • But they would file their own tax return for any income.

Please explain what you mean by "add an adult" and what you mean by "like a spouse, but not married".   If you are not legally married you cannot file a joint return if that is what you are asking to do.
