Can I change my card to receive my tax retorn, if it was already accepted.

No.    You cannot change how you want to receive your refund after you file your tax return.  The IRS does not allow it.   If your refund goes to a wrong or closed account, it will be sent back to the IRS and then the IRS will issue and mail a check to the address on your tax return.
