No. The deadline to file a 2020 tax return and get a refund was May 17, 2024. Any refund for 2020 has been forfeited. TurboTax no longer provides software for 2020 returns nor would it be supported or provided with updates even if you can find it on eBay, etc.

But, as pointed out, no refund will be issued.
