Please explain that more.  What does "haven't received my 2023 tax return" mean?    Did you previously file a 2023 return or not?   If you DID file a 2023 return, are you saying that you have not yet received a Federal refund that you are due from the 2023 return?   If that's your situation, we can tell you how to check on the 2023 refund.

If you did NOT file a 2023 return, you cannot file it along with the 2024 return, and a 2023 return cannot be prepared online.   We can tell you more, but first we need to understand your situation.
