I would like my 2019 tax records sent to my email so I can see why it was rejected by the IRS? Can this be done?

You must access your account to get the PDF download of the 2019 tax return.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2019 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return?

Looking at your 2019 tax return is unlikely to reveal why your e-file was rejected a few years ago.  When it was rejected in 2020, you received an email with a rejection code or rejection message.    You can still mail in your 2019 return, but you will not receive a refund even if a refund is shown on the tax form.  The refund has been forfeited.   If it shows tax due, you still owe the tax with late filing penalties and interest.
