Can someone help me locate a missing 2023 return?

TurboTax is stating that I did not file a return in 2023, however, I have emails stating that both federal and state were accepted. The emails are from TurboTax.

You are probably in the wrong account.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
