Question

Can will file form 1040X with form 8833 online on Turbo Tax? I recently found something wrong on my tax forms, and want to amend it?

Dear Community, I recently found I forgot a W2C form when I file my tax return in the year 2023, and I want to amend it with Form 1040X, Form 8833. I did some quick search online, and found that those forms can only be filed with physical mail. Can we do it online with Turbo Tax now?

Form 8833 is not supported by TurboTax. You will need to print your amended return, complete the Form 8833 manually (you can find it online here), and mail in your return.
