The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days, assuming that there's no delay and nothing is holding your return. Some returns are subject to an automatic hold due to the Path Act when certain credits are claimed.

The (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit. Even if mid-February has passed, returns that contain these types of credits usually take longer for processing. For more information click on the link below

Also keep in mind that once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State we have no control over your return.

You should track your refund directly from the IRS and/or Department of Revenue’s Website. These websites have the most accurate and up to date information. They get updated once a day.
