Cannot print forms from TTax 2024 desktop version

Cannot print individual tax forms from Ttax 2024 with my Windows 10 desktop PC. Can select a particular form to view, but then when I select "Print" and "Save As PDF," it wants to save the Federal 1040 form. Or if I select "Preview Print Copy," it appears to display an arbitrary form, not the one which I originally selected. So I am dead in the water as far as printing out anything from my State forms. "maukro" appeared to have a good solution to this printing problem, but that is for the Mac version.

First, make sure your program is updated. This can be done by logging into your desktop product. Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.

Once you know your program is updated, there is an option within the print menu of selecting specific forms to save as a pdf and print. To do this, log back into your TurboTax Desktop product.

Select File.
Scroll down on this menu and select Print.
A pop up box titled Form selection will populate. On this screen, select the bubble to the left of Specific Forms.
Then, make your selection as to whether you just want specific forms or forms with supporting statements.
You will then see the options of forms available to print on the right side. Select the box to the left of any forms you would like to save as a pdf for printing here.
Then select Save As PDF. You will then be able to open the saved files from your File Explorer on your computer.
