computer crashes, how do I retrieve/install a download version of Turbo Tax 2024

I bought a download version of Turbotax from Amazon. I almost finished my 2024 return before my computer crashed. How do I retrieve/re-download the software to open my datafile?

If your computer crashed, the return is likely a goner. It was only stored on your hard drive; it is not stored anywhere online. When you sort out either fixing or replacing your computer you can download your software again the same way you downloaded it the first time, and start over on the return. Meanwhile---do you need an extension?
