Do I file Amended Return[IRS, State] if IRS Accepted/updated Refund $ omissed payment ?

IRS Accepted/updated Refund $ that I paying but not in the filing.  There is no other change and my CA TAC refund will not change either. Do I have file Amended Return[IRS, State]? Thank you

    I don't think so, but Please clarify these points

     

    • Did the IRS change your refund, but not change the tax return?
    • Did you owe back taxes or child support?
    • Did your state tax return change?
