Do I need to upload my W2c anywhere when filing or just enter the corrected information?

I have noticed there is very little data in the form, only the corrections made (they had me listed as living in the wrong state for a few months of the year and therefore paying those taxes). Do I upload both or just change the information entered in the corrected W2?

If you did not file your 2024 tax return, you can enter in TurboTax with the corrections on the W2 that you have (the W2C shows the original and corrected entry). If you already filed your tax return, you may have to amend your returns.
