No option to amend business return on Turbotax business online.

For business returns, you file a superseded return if you file it before the due date and an amended return if it is past the due date. It is the same as the original return, with a check box to indicate amended or superseded. Unfortunately you cannot e-file with TurboTax, but you can print out the return to mail and add the check on the first page.
