Double Dipping

So basically they're double dipping.

I already had fees taken out and I was showed how much I'd be getting. Now, an additional $200, for what?! Ya'll gotta knock this crap off. Stop taking money that doesn't belong to you. I know it's only 200 but I still need it.

Your refund could be offset.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.   

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

And ..... make sure you fully understand how much your refund was supposed to be and how much your fees were.   Your federal refund is on line 35a of your Form 1040.    When you subtract the TT fees from that amount, how does it compare with the amount you received?
