How do I download last year's taxes The last years taxes were not prepared

Do you mean you want to transfer a 2023 return prepared elsewhere to start your 2024 return? You can do that, but if it is only a pdf, not much will transfer except for some personal information. You have to do the transfer at the very beginning, before you enter any 2024 information.
