e-File resubmission was rejected

I first submitted my e-filed 2024 return on May 1. (I live in North Carolina and we were given extended May 1 deadline.) My initial submission was rejected because of PIN issues. I corrected that issue, but when I attempted to resubmit, the screen notified me that my TurboTax account had reached its limit of 5 submissions. My original submission was one of the 5 returns (me and family members) that had been submitted. How do I get TurboTax to recognize and accept my resubmission?

Per IRS rules, you can only e-file up to five federal returns using the same email address or phone number with personal tax return preparation products. How many tax returns can I file with TurboTax?
